In Team Extension our engineers join your team and you lead the work. In a Dedicated Team we provide and run the whole team, and you set goals and priorities.
Who is in a dedicated team?
It depends on your product. Typically developers, a business or system analyst, a tester and a project manager, with a technical lead from our side.
How do we stay in control?
You own the backlog priorities and approve the plan. We run regular demos and send reports, so you always see progress and spend.
Can the team grow or shrink?
Yes. We adjust the team as your roadmap changes, with notice agreed in the contract.
How is a Dedicated Team billed?
Monthly, on a Time & Material basis for the people in the team.
